BIOMASS AND BIOFUELS SEMINAR
Friday 7 May 2004, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Middle Temple Hall, London EC4
Cambrensis’ Renewables and Hydrogen Contact Group will meet
on Friday 7 May 2004 to consider the contributions of Biomass and Biofuels
towards creating a Low Carbon Economy for the UK, and towards meeting
the UK’s Renewables targets.
The meeting will consider
some of the successes and failures of recent and proposed Biomass
projects in the UK, and the place of Biomass in
the UK’s energy mix. It will also consider some of the UK and
EU policies concerning the promotion of Biofuels, and whether these
fuels have the potential of bridging the gap between the petrol and
hydrogen economies.
