Cambrensis - Energy Policy?

Cambrensis Director William Wilson has submitted written evidence to the Inquiry into the Water Industry being conducted by the All Party Parliamentary Water Group, which is chaired by former Environment Minister Elliott Morley MP.

The evidence covered the Water Framework Directive (which William Wilson helped to negotiate for the UK) and the importance of public understanding and consent to environmental law obligations; and the reasons for the failure of the UK to develop a fully functioning market in Water Abstraction Licence Trading.
