CAMBRENSIS DELIVERS REPORT TO CCW ON PEMBROKE POWER STATION COOLING WATER DISCHARGE - August 2008

This report, produced by a mixed team of environmental lawyers and scientists brought together for the purpose, reviewed the impacts on the heavily protected Milford Haven estuary, and considered whther the proposed treatement of cooling water by the power station developer represented 'Best Available Techniques' for the purposes of the Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control 'IPPC' Directive, and whether it met the requirements of the Habitats Directive as applied to the Milford Haven Estuary.
